Tracey Dunn is the Education and AllergyWise® Manager for Anaphylaxis UK. Tracey has recently joined the team following her retirement from Headship having taught and led schools for 30 years. Tracey’s vast experience and knowledge ensures that our training and education packages help those who live with serious allergies and those who live and work alongside them, have the knowledge and understanding they need to ensure that the environment is safe, inclusive and welcoming. As a qualified teacher and Headteacher, Tracey understands how to make schools safer places to learn. She has created resources that align with current teaching practices enabling students’ understanding of allergy to develop and which help to create a whole-school awareness of allergy.

Allergy education has been a passion of Tracey’s for many years as she is a mum to two allergic teenagers. In a voluntary capacity, she has supported the safer schools programme for Anaphylaxis UK and has worked with her local CCG and Education Authority to develop robust training for schools in her area. Tracey has presented at conferences including BASCI and has participated in webinars that have helped improve the knowledge and understanding of allergies for school staff.
