Sarah Scotland is a Community Nutritionist, who works with families, in children centres and schools, developing their cooking skills and sharing practical nutrition advice. In the last few years, Sarah has been involved with people with learning difficulties, helping them and their carers learn about portion sizes and giving advice on healthy food choices.

Sarah created Wise About Food as a community interest company in order to offer community groups nutritional advice and general wellbeing that has not been previously available to them.
