Based in Perth, Western Australia, Dr Amie Fabry is a speaker and facilitator, drawing on her multifaceted experience in teaching, academia, policy and research to design and deliver professional learning programs. Dr Fabry’s PhD research focused on early childhood pedagogical leadership and how it influences teachers’ implementation of early childhood pedagogical practices in school settings. Her thesis won Doctorial Thesis of the Year at the Early Childhood Australia conference in 2025.
Amie has also has written a fabulous book ‘Lead with Intention: A Framework for Leading the Early Years of School’.
