  • To set an action plan for your own wellbeing for the future

About Your Course Instructor:

Sonia has worked with early years children for over 30 years, currently as a freelance nurture consultant with a small organisation called Brighter Futures in Bath. In this role she works with four year olds with social, emotional and mental health needs, supporting the children and their staff.

During her career, she has worked for a national children’s charity specialising in participation work, working with Children and Young people aged from 0 -19 years.

Sonia is also a trainer with 20 year’s experience, delivering high quality, bespoke training across the country with a variety of sectors, including early years, social services, education, health, the voluntary sector and the church and specialising in children’s wellbeing, staff wellbeing and listening to children. Her training is influenced by her wide experience of excellent practice observed in Reggio Emillia, Sweden and Denmark.

Sonia is the author of 8 books and regularly writes for education magazines. Most of her writing career has focused on supporting wellbeing for staff and children.
