Shawn Bryant is a nationally recognized professional development facilitator who brings 30 years of experience, expertise and commitment to advancing the work of adults involved in the lives of young children. He is a contributing author of the book Trauma-Responsive Family Engagement in Early Childhood Practices for Equity & Resilience, Author of Trauma-Informed Practices for Early Childhood Educators and a facilitator at the ECE Coaching Institute.
Shawn is Director and Principal Consultant with YesToECE on Early Childhood training, coaching and consultancy. He is also the Director of Professional Development for The CHILD Scale at Yale University Child Study Centre, where he coordinates and leads national trainings related to the CHILD Tool for Early Childhood mental health consultants, coaches, assessors, and researchers across disciplines.
