Shana is an education consultant and trainer with over 18 years’ experience working with children and families. Shana is a qualified teacher who specialises in Early Years, well-being and quality improvement support. Having started her career as a childminder, Shana has since held a variety of leadership roles in the education and social care sector. Throughout her teaching career, Shana has led teams toward the best possible outcomes with a holistic, child-centred approach. She specialises in building strong partnerships with parents. As an expert in Safeguarding and child protection, Shana brings a wealth of knowledge from Designated Lead roles. She offers training and support to a variety of settings in relation to safeguarding matters. Shana works as an Early Years Inspector and offers quality improvement support and training across the education sector.

Shana has trained with The Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education to complete a Diploma in Child and Adolescent Counselling and with CPPD to complete an Advanced Diploma in counselling for adults. Shana offers integrative creative art therapy to children, teenagers, adults, and couples with a specialism in working with trauma.

Alongside her work as a therapist, Shana also delivers training in attachment, neuroscience and Emotion Coaching. Shana is an accredited Emotion Coaching Practitioner Trainer and parenting coach. She also works as an associate trainer for the NDNA.
