Natalie Bishop is an early childhood professional specialising in Quality and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and is SENDI at Bright Horizons nursery chain.

Natalie is passionate about improving support systems for families with Autism and is working to create a new charity to support children to access therapy. She is a TEDx speaker and Parent Advocate.

In this interview, we discuss the role of the Special Educational Needs, Disabilities and Inclusion (SENDI) practitioner and the SENDI framework that has been developed at Bright Horizons.

Natalie explains how her research has informed her practice at Bright Horizons – and vice versa!
