Rachel Buckler has worked in the early years sector for 30 years, predominantly within social care. She has worked for a number of local authorities, both as a practitioner and as service manager for children’s centres and early years provision.
Rachel’s training and consultancy company Early Years Hub, offers support on various themes. Their team deliver to the Early Years sector directly and on behalf of a number of Local Authorities.
In this interview, Rachel discusses the current situation in Internet safety, contextual safeguarding, online risks for children, signs that children may be at risk, some ideas for your setting’s strategies policies and procedures and parent partnership.
