Puja Balachander on Supporting Parents

In this Wellbeing Festival interview, Puja explains how the app Devie is supporting parents in a non-judgemental and instantly accessible way, including:

• Parents supporting children’s social and emotional development
• Importance of simple activities, routines and independence for children
• Having even a short time for your own wellbeing

Puja Balachander is a former product designer at the White House and World Bank who spent five years building digital tools to support vulnerable families. She is now the CEO and social entrepreneur at Devie, an app that uses AI to guide parents through their toughest challenges in a way that’s evidence-based, actionable, and reassuring.
