Neil Leitch is the Chief Executive of the Pre-School Learning Alliance – the largest and most representative Early Years membership organisation in England – based in London and supported by a network of Service Hubs across the country.
Neil is frequently on national TV and in the newspapers, giving a strong, clear voice to the Early Years sector on the issues that are having a huge, and often negative effect, on practitioners and educators working in the Early Years – such as 30 hours funding. He also works tirelessly behind the scenes at Government level, with policymakers and influencers, representing the views and concerns of the 14,000 Alliance members.
