Joss Cambridge-Simmons has been in the childcare sector since he was 19 years old. Starting out as a practitioner, he moved up to manager and is now a full-time Manny (male nanny) in London. He cares for children in a huge age range, from babies to school age, through his Mannying service – Jossycare.
In this interview, he gives top tips for taking children out and about in a big city, including the procedure needed when collecting children from a working canal boat! He also discusses some of the unique aspects of being a black male looking after a range of children when he is travelling around.
