Bev Bacon on the HR responsibilities of Early Years Managers

Bev describes how managers can be more inclusive by really getting to know the staff, just as we would do with the children. She also has some great advice for settings who may be having challenges with the current recruitment crisis.

Bev finishes the session with some great top tips and strategies for all leaders and managers.
