Alice Lewes on Leadership and Management

Introduction

Alice is a passionate advocate of early years, who has been working in and around early years for the last 40 years.

She has been involved in writing and delivering training on leadership, works with many local authorities and coached and mentored many managers. Through her management programmes and executive coaching Alice works with those who manage early years settings and enable them to improve their practice.

In this interview, Alice has advice for brand new managers, especially if you’ve had no management training at all, how to keep improving as a manager, leading and motivating teams and finally some top tips for time management.
